Raising A Voice: Attorneys With Experience And A Focus On Results To Help
Even if you are not sure whether you need legal help, we believe it is in your best interests to discuss your case with an experienced workers’ lawyer. The decisions you make in the days and weeks following an injury can affect your life and your health for years to come.
Our personal injury practice is led by firm owner Attorney Christopher Marzzacco, who has been listed in “The Best Lawyers in America” every year since 2017 and named in “Super Lawyers” every year since 2017. In addition to giving lectures and writing books on a variety of topics in personal injury law, Mr. Marzzacco has secured several awards in the millions of dollars on behalf of injured clients.
Attorneys Jordan Marzzacco and Rebecca Bailey, both recognized by their peers for excellence in personal injury law by being selected as a “Super Lawyer Rising Stars” since 2020, along with Attorney Faith Pensinger, also provide our injured clients with strong, skilled advocacy. Both Jordan and Rebecca handle motor vehicle, premises liability or slip/trip and fall and other serious injury cases. Rebecca is also an experienced workers’ compensation litigator, while Faith handles all types of motor vehicle cases, including car, truck, motorcycle and pedestrian crashes.
Since 2020, Jordan has been named to the National Trial Lawyers list of “Top 40 under 40,” another exclusive invitation awarded to highly-qualified trial lawyers practicing civil plaintiff’s law.
Historically, our founding attorney, Katherine L. Niven, was a former workers’ compensation law judge who presided over thousands of hearings. As a result, she knew what judges look for when they rule on a case in a hearing or an appeal. When she practiced with the firm, Ms. Niven was a strong advocate for injured workers.
Before she became a judge, she served as chief counsel for the Pennsylvania Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. In this position, she enforced workers’ compensation laws and brought criminal actions against companies that failed to carry workers’ compensation insurance.
Our current Workers’ Compensation Division is overseen by Attorneys Adam Crosier and Jesse Rhodeside. Adam and Jesse have both been named Certified Worker’s Compensation Specialist by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Section of Workers’ Compensation Law.
Attorney Shreya Tripathi Bhardwaj oversees our Social Security Disability Department. Shreya has represented thousands of individuals seeking Social Security Disability benefits in her career. Shreya previously worked with national law firms, helping disabled clients across the country. Since 2015, Shreya worked for Marzzacco Niven and Associates, as “of-counsel,” handling federal District Court Appeals.
Shreya now oversees every aspect of our Social Security Department, and concentrates her practice exclusively on social security matters—representing clients from initial application through appeals and hearings before administrative law judges, and representing our clients on appeal in federal court in the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
Attorney Leah Hull also practices in the Social Security Department and provides our clients with zealous representation and diverse experience. In her career, Leah has represented thousands of claimants in Social Security Disability hearings and appeals. Leah has worked at several national law firms and has experience in numerous jurisdictions across the country. In her career, Leah has also represented individuals who suffered personal injuries.
Our labor and employment matters are handled by Attorneys Benjamin Salvina and Faith Pennsinger. Our lawyers’ practice concentrates on employees’ labor and employment matters including employment discrimination, wage theft and union grievances. In the past, Ben has represented hundreds of employee-victims of employment discrimination and wage theft at a well-respected Philadelphia law firm and has also worked for the City of Philadelphia’s Law Department Labor and Employment Unit. Ben and Faith handle a wide variety of claims for clients throughout the Harrisburg, Scranton and Philadelphia areas. Ben is also a skillful advocate for disabled clients and frequently represents disabled clients in Social Security hearings, while Faith represents clients hurt by others in our Personal Injury Department, as well.
