Faith earned her law degree from Widener Law Commonwealth in 2023, graduating magna cum laude, with certificates in Constitutional/Administrative Law and Legislation. While in law school, she served on the Moot Court Honor Society Board, did research for the Uniform Law Commission, and was a teacher’s assistant, student mentor, and legislative development writer for the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Environmental and Energy Law Section. Faith maintained her full-time positions during law school, attending school in the evening.
While in law school, Faith worked for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the state’s plaintiff trial lawyer organization. She also worked for the American Constitution Society, the nation’s most prominent progressive legal organization.
At Marzzacco Niven & Associates, Faith represents individual victims injured in all types of motor vehicle crashes, and employees in cases of employment discrimination and wage theft. She is licensed to practice in PA.
Faith believes in a strong pro bono practice, and is particularly interested in causes that affect the LGBTQ+ community, immigrants, and women. She also sits on the Junior Board of the Greater Harrisburg YWCA.
Outside of her legal practice, Faith enjoys traveling, cooking, and staying active.
