Attorneys Adam Crosier & Jesse Rhodeside Plan and Present Continuing Legal Education Seminar for the Dauphin County Bar Association

On December 18, 2024, Marzzacco Niven & Associates Workers’ Compensation Attorneys Adam Crosier and Jesse Rhodeside presented a continuing legal education seminar to the Dauphin County Bar Association as a part of their roles on the executive committee of the Workers’ Compensation Section of DCBA.
The hour long seminar to local attorney practitioners contained recent case law updates as well as a review of uninsured employer guarantee fund practice. Attorney Crosier is finishing up his year as section president, and has made similar presentations over the last several years.
Attorney Rhodeside will be moving up to section president in 2026. Both Attorneys Crosier and Rhodeside exclusively practice workers’ compensation for the firm and represent injured workers throughout Pennsylvania. Both Attorneys Crosier and Rhodeside are also certified as specialists in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
