Faith Fogle Pensinger Joins Marzzacco Niven & Associates

Harrisburg area personal injury law firm, Marzzacco Niven & Associates, recently announced that Attorney Faith Fogle Pensinger has become associated with the firm. A magna cum laude graduate of Shippensburg University, Faith obtained her law degree from the Widener University Commonwealth Law School in May 2023, again graduating magna cum laude. While an undergraduate student, Faith also studied abroad at the Universidad de Salamanca, Salamanca, Spain.

Faith’s practice will concentrate on personal injury litigation stemming from car, truck and motorcycle crashes, premises liability litigation stemming from slips, trips, falls and dog bites, as well as employees’ labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination. Prior to joining Marzzacco Niven & Associates, Faith worked as the Associate Director for the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy in Washington, DC and as an Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ), in Harrisburg.
